0kb/s thats all i get

i have had a few probs with limewire but i got a new one sorry about so maney threads but this is a diff prob and im not having slow downloads so it has nothing to do with the other threads but it just sits on 0kb/s and before it only went up to 14 now i have got a 256 connection or something like that but its still slow or just does not move at all i have disabled my firewall and my norton but still nothing so has anyone got any other suggestions as i said my firewalls are off
