Angry Idiots in the incomplete land

How do I stop people downloading out of my INcomplete Folder????


It sucks my bandwith so I cant d/load

This is, i believe, an option you can switch on/off in the toolbar.

go to preferences/options>uploads>basic. >partialfiles ...uncheck the box saying "allow partial Sharing"

Please everyone who reads this do the same. The Default setting for this is to Allow partial sharing (I think, but for reasons some of you may know, I am not about to revert to defaults just to find out!), and I hope Limewire alter this or preferably remove the option altogether as it of no use to man or beast.

And while you are altering your preferences, there is another .... Shutdown....., I recall that the default for this is "Shut down imediately" Please, alter this to Shutdown after transfers. Doing this means that you can select Limewire>file> disconnect, but remain connected to those who are still uploading from you (provided you mantain your internet connection) which is kind of curteous. You can always override this if you wish
