Question Downloading Movies is not working well

Though I do just great downloading music my success at downoading movies seems very limited. Not sure that LimeWire is the best place to do this. The searches seem very slow and when I do find something and attempt to downlaod it I often end up losing the source of the download, or never starting, or starting very slowly then never finishing.

If anyone has any tips on this or if there is a better palce to do this (hopefully free) any advice would be much appreciated.

It ain't the program it's the sources you're downlding from. If you're downlding from someone with a 25 KB/s upld capacity or someone with 10 times the capacity but is sharing to lots of people then the speed offered isn't going to be so good. To prove my point, downld a video from this magnet link: http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml & see what speeds you can at least get up to via Stief’s example: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...692#post138692

Check out the suggestions about movies & improving downld techniques by viewing the Sticky at the top of this section of the forum. Press Go button below left.
