![]() Because the ****ing support form on the website is useless, I am reporting this here. I am using a Macintosh Powerbook G4...whatever. Anyway, I downloaded the newest version of Limewire yesterday and it worked fine. But today, all of a sudden, when I try to launch the program, I get the message "The application Limewire has unexpectedly quit. The system and other applications have not been affected." This has happened with another program and I was told to delete a corrupted file from the Macintosh HD>Library>Preferences. Is there something similar to that that I must get rid of? This does not make any sense. Why would it work one day and not the next? Somebody please explain this (yeah, right, like anybody's actually gonna do their job and SUPPORT US). |

You****** dont know **** LimeWire is ******. so why help this guy there are others that will apriciate the help Quote (Because the f*****g support form on the website is useless, I am reporting this here.) Would you really want to help this guy.? Any way I do not use Mac I build my own and prefer Windows not that Mac isnt a good system, I really dont know. As for your problem I will give it a shot but do not know if I will be able to help first read the forum rules especialy #3 under the heading the RULES click on the link below for the rules http://www.gnutellaforums.com/announ...?s=&forumid=25 After you read the rules try some of the fixes in the link below especiall the topic Fixes For Limewire these fixes are for Windows and I do not know if they work for Mac, but give them a try. If they don't try repoasting with a little more class and I am shure if anyone can help they will. And when you repoast if they don't work be sure to post what fixes you have tried LW version/Java Version etc. If you read the above link you will know what information to post and how to write a good thread.
