Default Please Help

Hi I was reading everything about how to improve the speeds and those proxy things
and i tried all the proxies they didnt even work I couldnt even connect at all
I have a 256K download and 128K Upload internet
My ISP blocks p2p in day time and at night time i get good speed from 1am to 6am
I dont have firewall
I have a router and i done the portforwarding
I have Windows XP PS2 Firewall disable
No Virus
No SPYWARE
Limewire 4.8.1 Pro
I get speed at day time 5kb/s max and at night time from 1am to 6am 30kb/s max
can anyone please help me with those proxies?

perhaps a more specific thread title would help plus if someone reads your post and can help they will plus give it 24 hours at least. plus sorry ... your question fails to make sense to me... but then I never have understood what a proxy is
