Downloads restarting themselves

Everytime I restart the computer or limewire itself, my downloads go back to being at 0 percent. It's like the downloads have never progressed and I have to start them all over again. It's getting frustating because some of these files are movie files that take hours to download and I just end up starting all over again when some where even at 80 percent. What's the problem?

I get the same problem, sometimes it takes me almost a week from 8kb's to 35kb's to download movie clips and I don't that the fact I have to start over either, LIMEWIRE should make some kind of patch that would prevent such things from happening again, debugging isn't enough though.
