This might work, as it worked on my computer

When Limewire freezes for the 6th Time after verifying in a loop, it kept looping at 99%, I then read information that people have been posting and nothing !, so i tried an experiment and it worked for me, see how you go

The File in the inclomplete folder that looped

T-366945234-**** - 8x20 - moebius_part2

"It would not work in Winamp or Media Player"

I then copied the file and pasted it into another folder

Then renamed it

****- 8x20 - moebius_part2.avi

And believe it or not it worked

I am happy I can watch the season finale of Stargate SG1 Season 8

Of course it worked, but the file was probably not yet complete because of a bug in LimeWire that may cause LimeWire continously fail to write the last 1KB chunk ...
