I recently had my computer overhauled due to virus problems. Now I need to re-download rpograms that I used to have. Im not positive what e-mail I used to purchase limewire originally. Apparently without that I am pretty much screwed. There is no way that I have been able to contact limewire directly via e-mali or phone or get the program downloaded at all. This is my last resort. How can I contact them or use some other means of personal info. as a way to prove my previous purchase of the limewire program.

try every e-mail address you could have used. One of them will work ... IF ... you purchased Limewire pro through the official site in the last six months. Failing that Limewire basic is free if you get it through the official site, although many ppl wind up paying for it through scam sites.

I had the program up and running for about 4-5 months. It was an original because I actually spoke with them at the time I purchased it. I have since lost the # and have had no luck finding it again. Is there really no means of emailing or phoning them directly available through the internet. - Also thanks for your help so far and any additional help you can offer.

LimeWire LLC doesnt offer phone technical support. are you SURE you got it from http://www.LimeWire.com/
