Problems With Library

HELP!!!! AFTER DOWNLOADING, WHEN I GO TO LIBRARY THERE IS NOTHING THERE. I HAVE USED LIMEWIRE B4 AND HAD NO PROBLEM WITH IT CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME. THANK YOU
