Hi all... I registered for LimeWire today and so far have been able to donwload two pictures! The programmes and films seem to take ages to download and consequently the people that I'm uploading from tend to cut me off which is understandable. I managed to download one film a moment ago. It took about 4 minutes to do so but surprise surprise it would not open. When I went to windows help it said something about installing a decoder which I already have...
During term time at my University students are able to download films on campus using DC++. The downlods are super quick taking about 4-5 minutes. Here they are taking over an hour and are sometimes registering as 14 hours...
Can any one tell me what the problem might be. I've been trying to download since 4pm.It's now 11.52pm...
