I am new in this, so my system is always asking for a licence ; What is a licence and how to get that ???

go to your Limewire settings and uncheck it. or, right click it to uncheck before downloading. Limewire sets everything as default. I agree that it's a stupid waste of time to put a licence thing in there, guess thats why they had to upgrade Limewire. To put in stupid crap like a licence agreeement. oh yea, thats really swift. and if thats not what you are referring to, you'll have to provide a little more detail.
