Sharing DESKTOP and other FOLDERS? ? ?

I use Limewire to download music. I use Limewire version 4.9.11 Now i go the "SAVED FILES" section when i happen to see "DESKTOP" and "FOLDERS". So what i do i just delete them, but then like about a week later, they both are there again, what could the problem be ? ? ?? ??
