What Does "disk Problem" Mean .. Whats Up?

I HAVE BEEN USING LIMEWIRE FOR A YEAR NOW AND UNTIL I DOWNLOADED THIS NEW VERSION I NEVER HAD THE MESSAGE "DISK PROBLEM" AFTER DOWNLOADING A SONG... WHAT DOES IT MEAN AND WHY IS IT HAPPENING!
