Exclamation NO MORE TOPICS ON D/L'ing HERES THE FIX!
If you search and cannot download, simply go to Options,double click View,click pop-ups and click revert to default, this resets the license pop-up,you should be able to download your files again,if a license pop-up,pops-up,READ IT BEFORE YOU SELECT A CHOICE

Um ... this is also listed in the Sticky at the top of this section. It's been there a couple of days at least.
