is there a way I can make a link for p2p to download off my machine?

Is there a way I can make a link for p2p to download off my machine? Like for example on BitTorrent there is a way you can link to your files so the Torrent Downloader can download them. Is there a way to do this with LimeWire?

yes, you can make magnet links. go into your library and right click a file to find all the possibilites ;)

Thanks man...and that will work for all p2p programs using gnutella network right?

Oh yeah and also i'm on a wireless home secured network, so what port would i have to forward for people downloading my files?
