hi, i was wondering if anyone can help me with downloading files from limewire. My computer is a p4 with 3.2ghz and 512mb of ram and to download a single song, it takes about 10 minutes. On my uncle's computer, it took less than 1 minute and his computer has a celeron with 2.4 ghz and 128mb of ram. To download things off the net it's very fast and when I tried BearShare, the downloads went quick. This problem has been going on for a long time and I would reaaly appriciate some help, thanks.

Since nobody posted on my last thread, this one's going up. My computer is very fast (not to brag or anything) and songs on limewire take like 10minutes to download . On my uncle's computer, it takes less than a minute and this is not just for one song but EVERY download goes slow on my computer. downloads off the internet go fast but limewire's dont. I have high speed cable internet, pentium 4 with 3.2ghz and 512mb of ram. When I tried BearSHare, the downloads went much faster than limewire's, please help if you can!
