Default incomplete downloads unrecognized

since i downloaded the new version, all my incomplete downloads show in red letters ont the incomplete page in the library. There they show the correct size of the incomplete download but and when i try to resume them they are all showing that they are zero mb. some of them are almost finished. when limewire starts up no files show up and in progress. where do i set where the incomplete files are or where can i put them where limewire will recognize the size of the files and redownload them at their current size HELP

1. First you have to remember where was LW downloading the files before...

2. find out where is downloading them now... (you can find this by going to: tools->options->saving. What is the folder under the you can choose the folder for saving files

Are the 2 ones one and the same folder?

the folder listed in the "you can choose the folder for saving files" is the Shared-folder. All of my incomplete files are in an Incomplete-folder. Currently the files are listed in red and the file sizes are unrecognized when i attempt to resume the
download.

Ok... than you need to find your old Incomplete-folder...
1. exit LW
2. backup your actual Incomplete-folder -> delete all files from it.
3. goto your old Incomplete-folder -> copy al the files to your actual Incomplete-folder
4. restart LW.

.... and my question was... Are the 2 ones one and the same folder?

If you are referring to the Incomplete-folders...the incomplete files that are
highlighted in red are being held in the actual Incomplete-folder. That is, it
seems as if the Old Incomplete-folder and the Actual Incomplete-folder are
indeed the same.

What caused my problem was when I went into "Preferences" and "Options" and
clicked the "Restore Default" settings. I was able to restore my Shared-folder items. However, the items in the Incomplete-folder are downloading (when I resume the download) at zero instead of their current sizes.

If the downloads folder is the same, than the Incomplete folder will be the same too... If you dont have two Incomplete folders... than I don't know how to help you... It seems that when you restored to default you've rewrited Incomplete\downloads.dat wich is the file that is keeping all your downloads progress.

May be someone else will know how to help you...
