Default New Firewall Causing Download Problems

I did not have any previous download problems until my office recently installed a Sonic Wall firewall. My OS is Windows 2000. What happens is the downloads get to about 90% and then I get a "file corrupted" message which was never happening before the firewall was installed. Would appreciate any advice on how to get around this. Thanks.

No. I've never paused download and exited Limeware before it reached 90%. Once again, this problem only started once the new firewall was installed. So it's a matter of how to complete the download without the firewall aborting the process.

Welp, Ive made this suggestion and said this before: if firewalls are turned on, you wont be able to dwnload. If you have a third party firewall, you'll either have to turn it off while downloading or adjust your firewall settings.

The firewall runs through the company network so I don't think I can shut it off since I don't control it. Please advise how I can adjust my settings.

your computer is at your office? do they allow you to use P2P? if so, you might have to ask your boss how to adjust your firewall settings so its not blocking you.
