![]() Hi newsgroup, I was cleaning out my "incomplete folder" and deleted by mistake a download.dat file belonging to a file I have not yet downloaded completely. Now, lime wire does not show this download anymore in its main window, does this mean that I can't resume this download? I have already downloaded more than 60%, do I have to start from scratch? The file I'm talking about is very hard to find. Can I take another download.dat file and edit it so that points to the download in my incomplete folder and will be visible again in Lime Wire's main window so that I'm able to resume this download? Thanks for helping me out. Jason |

![]() if the download.dat or .bak file is gone, all your incompletes are useless. Sorry. There's currently no way to recreate a file from the incomplete bits without the relevant download.dat Still, I'm a little surprised the download.bak didn't take over . . . that is what it is supposed to do. |
