 cannot move to library every now and again when something is 100% downloaded i get a message saying that another program may be using the file and it cannot download to library. It then stays on the download page with the cannot download to library message and i cant do anything except delete it. Nothing else is using the file and i have space available for it...what is causing it, how can i stop it and how can i access the file without having to delete it and reload it? help!!   |
