Pro subscriber,cant upgrade!
 

So what does one do when they are a pro subscriber and Limewire wont recognize their e-mail address for upgrading and service? And yes its the only e-mail address that I have ever had.:confused:

Same problem here. Unable to upgrade Pro.

If you subscribed over six months ago it will not recognize your address. If you are quite sure it was within six months e-mail service@limewire.com a reply may take a few days. In the meantime use the basic model or, if I were you hang onto your old pro version.
