trouble downloading
 

I am running XP SP 2 on a fairly new computer, we have a broadband highspeed connection. My connection is threw a router. I have got the firewall configured to allow downloads. Alot of the time it will not download at the rates that it did a few weeks ago, most of the time it wont download at all. The only possible thing I can think of is that i changed the number of upload spots a few months ago, because my computer was hooked up to a dail up connection. Can anybody help me to get my downloads going again?

I am running the new version of limewire but I had the same problem earlier on an older version.
