new version not working

what is going on with lime wire? First it started saying that every file could not find a license and then it stopped even giving songs.
I typed in the name of a song nothing comes up. Then I typed in the artist and nothing comes up. Ever since i dled the new version it has been acting weird is it no longer a safe or legal download?why isnt it working?

I'm sure you're aware of the recent Grokster court case regarding p2p sharing. For the longevity of LW, the onus has been put onto the user to decide whether they should downld copyright material or not. In many places such as the USA, it is not legal to share copyright material. Perhaps this is your problem; Licence requirement (click on link)

Where did you download this version from and are you sure its the newest one? They cant stop users from logging into LW or Gnutella. It might be your internet connection, your OS, firewall etc. Check your settings. and that licence thing is stupid and annoying.
