I am having the same problem. hp says if they play in itunes,they are not corrupt files. but the "convert" is greyed out in itunes so you are unable to convert the mp3 to anything else. I have looked in limewire and can't find anything to help or "convert" the files either. It is NOT an IPOD problem since you can download files from cd's. And this place is 100% IPOD compatible. I am not finding this a very pleasant way to begin a relationship. any answers??? I have emailed limewire support and if they are like the typical email support,they will have me try something I already have. then I'll waste another 24 or more hours waiting on them again.
