 help with this please. whenever i start downloading a file, a folder appears onto my desktop screen, under the name of incomplete. when i try to delete it, it says that i can't because somone is using this file. once i have finished downloading a file, it lets me delete it, but when i go to download another it appears again. can someone please tell me how to stop this?  |
