i had purchased limewire pro about a yr ago and it was working fine but now that i downloaded the newer version i no longer get limewire pro why?
when i purchased it, it said it was a 1 time fee of 39 dollars . limewire works but i send limewire email and they give me no response 2 my email. did i get screwed or what? it doesn't even recognize me as a customer when i email them. signed a very pissed off customer

i know the feeling but you could always keep the older version then you will still have the pro version but if it says one time fee its a bit of a con!!

the scam sites that sucker people into thinking that they are getting LW Pro sell something else, and give out a link to the LimeWire that is FREE!

The LW PRO version doesn't have a 'lifetime' price, only 6 months of updates. john gould is right: sounds like a con.

LW support won't recognize you because you never paid them: you need to find out who actually did get the money, and why they let you think you were getting the real LimeWire Pro.
