What is the problem here? I've searched for answers on other threads, but I can't find them. I have successfully downloaded a lot of files and I like the program, but I've noticed that I've been downloading at 1KB/s a lot of the times. WTF?

Can someone please tell me how to get faster speeds?

I'm talking about files that I've got at least 5 sources for, but it only downloads at sluggish speeds. What's up with that?

The sources I normally choose from are from, apparently, T1 and T3 sources and I run a cable connection. What's the issue?

Please don't tell me to buy PRO.

Speeds depend on so many factors. Whether the ultrapeers you're connecting thru are reliable. If you're not having any firewall interference. Not having any isp interference via bandwidth shaping. Whether you're downlding from another client but that which is multinetwork & is spending most of its energies upon other networks with extremely little left over for Gnutella. Whether you're using experienced & responsible techniques for searching & downlding your files.
