Default No Search Results but connected, help plz

When I search I don't get any results. And if I look down at the bottom of limewire says I have a firewall active and I don't, and I have like 1-3 of those green bars that I guess tell conectivity. Help please. I uninstalled the Service Pack XP2 and it still wont work. My antivirus is Ewido and my antispyware is Ad-aware, neither of which have realtime protection.

Windows XP has its own builtin firewall and Limewire will automatically pick it up if enabled. I strongly suggest you reinstall your SP2 pack as your system might require it.

I went to the site you said a couple times and all it said was "Your Test Worked". I'm not sure if maybe I went to the wrong site or not. I also just reinstalled Windows Service Pack XP2.

I should have been a little clearer please answer questions 1 through 12 to the best of you ability. When it says your test worked it means you are not blocked.

You might want to provide an example of how your using the searchbox? Have you adjusted the rest of your Limewire settings? and, most importantly what version of LW are you using?

Lol, oh ok I gotcha.

1. Windows XP
2. Only Windows XP Firewall that I know of.
3. 512 Ram
4. 20 gig total, about 3 gigs free
5. I guess its T1 at my apartment complex.
6. D-Link DFE-530TX+ PCI Adapter #2
7. Connection from my apartment complex, worked fine before.
8. I have the newest version of Limewire to date, 4.9.30. Java version 1.5.0_02.
9. No clue, its through my apartment I just plug the comp to the wall, enter my name and email and I'm good to go. Is there a way to check?
10. Well Morpheus is also installed on my computer, but when I switched to Limewire it worked without uninstalling Morpheus.
11. I have used it plenty of times, used p2p sharing since like napster and mirc but when I downloaded some windows upgrades, installed some anti-spyware stuff, and had a friend come kill a virus my limewire hasn't been working.
12. Said "Your Test Worked".

I've used Limewire before so I know how to use the searchbox and stuff. The version is the newest 4.9.30, but I haven't altered any of the settings.

You had a virus? If so, it might have corrupted your version of Limewire. Did you scan your system to make sure it was clean?

Yeah I scanned my system with like a thousand different scanners, online and on my comp. And I downloaded the newest version of limewire and installed it after the virus was gone finally.
