nothing happend when I try to download a file
 

Hi, I have limewire running on WINXP.
Have 2 users on the PC.
Limewire works fine for 1 user but for the other user (me) nothing happend when I try to download a file, as in, nothing shows in the download window when I double click a file or click the download button, or right click and choose download. Its like I haven't hit the download button at all.
I've been using Limewire Pro on another PC for over a year without any problems. I've checked all settings, turned off firewall etc.. nothing... Help!!!

the exact same thing happenes to me!! my sis dowloadied it theni tried to but when i got to the audio search its works fine but i always get music videos.. then when i try to get them ( as in dowload) it dont work!!!! plz help!!

Everything works except for the download functionality.

Hey yall i am having the same problems. I just upgraded about a week ago to the latest version and since then it wont let me download anything! it will search, but when i click download nothing happens. Will yall contact me if you figure anything out please!!! [email]*** Thanks so much!

Had same problem. Upgraded to 4.9.30, used it for a session quite happily. Next time I logged on, couldn't download a thing. Download button just did nothing. All other functions were OK and others were downloading from me.

Deleted .Limewire folder and restarted Limewire, redid all the set-up questions when prompted and it works!!
