Please please can someone help me

I have windows XP
Had Limewire basic and all was working fine. Then i got a virus and to cut a long story short i had to restart my PC as if i had just bought it.

I have downloaded and installed LW and i can get on the downloading/searching pages

However no matter what artist or song i search for they all just say need more sources. (i have searched around 100 so i know its not just need more sources really)

Basically it is norton security that is stopping me

I have done everything that poeple have mentioned but still to no avail

I have turned off windows firewall
i have set port to 6346
I have carried out test and it worked
i have done permit all for Limewire in Nortons Program tab etc all still to no avail.
LW works fine if i turn off Norton off but i dont really want to do this.
It used to be totally fine but then i had to restart my PC from scratch and now i can't get anything to download but i can do install it etc.
its obviouslly to do with allowing access to internet etc but i have done everything that people have mentioned and it still isnt working

I fear for my life

Strange thing is it's usually windows XP firewall that causes the problems & after disabling it & using *Configuring Norton Internet Security they solve the problem. But for Panzer it was the other way around. See how you go. Norton is a better firewall than XP.
