Andre Traversi is flying high
Unhappy Lost Pro Installer

Somehow I deleted my Lime Wire Pro software. I went to the website and followed the instructions but my e-mail address is not found. I cannot find any way to contact anyone over the phone.

The e mail address used to purchase my Pro software with was: ItalianMusclePS@aol.com.

The name and address on the credit card used to purchase with is:

W Andrew Kelley
241 N Farrell Dr
Palm Springs, CA 92262

Can anyone there help me? I know this was the e-mail address used.

the "Get Support" button is not working properly on the LW Support page (they are trying to track down the problem), but I just checked and the "lost Pro" lookup is working correctly http://sales.limewire.com/support/pro_lookup.php

The "Get Support" button? I just checked and it still kicks me to the regular download page.

Thanks: looks like it's an issue with Safari caches. I can now access the help pages with FireFox, but on two machines using safari I get kicked to the wrong page.

I'm about to see if cookies or caches are the problem.

cheers

well, clearing Safari caches and cookies didn't help: the support page link still kicks me to the regular download page.

Firefox 1.0.7 allowed me to post a message to Pro support (copy recieved), so that works almost OK (no option for 4.9.30; feature suggestion link tries to link to the unavailable JIRA).

Can any other mac user with Safari access the Pro support form?

Safari takes me to the regular download page.

Opera gets me into support no problem as does IE both WITH option for 9.30 but the same feature suggestion to JIRA dead end

Thanks Hobo. I was able to get Firefox to give the 4.9.30 as an option by using the back button.

btw, does your Pro support form give anything in the "It's been . . ." box? (the field just after the "LAST PURCHASE:" line.) Mine is blank.
