Is there any way to get more than 8 sources my cable only operates at full capacity when i get around 14 downloads/uploads running at once because of source limitation.

Pro will give you 10 but other than that unless you know someone or are capable of hacking it your self no.

I always keep Bearshare handy as it has a tad bit more resources than Limewire. I dont think Ive ever gone as high as 3 or 4 in LW for sources. always on the low side so when I really want to dl I switch to my trusty bearshare. ;)

You had better watch it. I keep reading you post and every once in a while I pick up little bits of information from you. One of these days I may be able to figure out what you problem is wit LW. Then what are you going to do you won't be able to say BearShare is faster. ;) :D

#1 I see you are only getting 3 or 4 sources on LW so I am guessing you either have a Dial-up connection miss configured which I doubt I will have to go back and look but I think you posted before that you have a faster connection.

#2 Or you are choosing files that are rare and only have a few sources.

#3 Or you have blocked T3 connections which I disagree with all you are doing there is limiting your sources.

and I 'still' get more sources searching for rare songs with BL than I do with LW. Without fail. :)

Just curious are you filtering out T3

i feel honoured to be able to download from 10-14 host at time going by what ive read. lol
