help please

Until today, i've never had a problem downloading. i tried to download this morning and i've left the computer on all day.....I've been waiting in line, position 338 - 366. I don't seem to be advancing at all. Does anyone know how i can change this or what the problem could be that i am no moving any closer to being able to download the file i want?? (
