Please Help Slow Downloads

I have a Windows XP Computer running a Cable modem at 100 mbps but i can onky download as fast as 1-2 kbps i have the bandwith set to allow maxium and close all other internet problems buth the problem persists also i have disabled firewall so that shouldnt be a factor

Who is your Internet service provider. They may be blocking or filtering P2P networks.

I already checked its Galaxy Cablevision though
I am not trying to meet you or anything but do u have mesenger or something its annoyinf to have to keep waiting
