Check your facts. The helpers here are volunteers who don't work for LW

If you have a problem with your LW, try using the forum search to help yourself
Or maybe this link will help you: Cant download at all - nothing happens when I click download (click on link)

Well, you seem to be pretty good at running your mouth - so I guess you'd know what you're talking about!
Consider what you wrote... "you demand everyone buy pro when you can't even get your freebee's to work....??????" Who is 'you' - someone who develops/sells/advertises Pro?? We don't do that

As for the "try actually helping" - what is that blue underlined text in my post - a block of flats?? No, it's a link. It even says 'click on link'. And my comment before the link said "Or maybe this link will help you"...gee, doesn't that suggest that it's a link that may help you?

In fact, it's a link with info about the license issue that's so common & also more info about fake files - just in case a person happens to be trying to download fake files (which will never download) & doesn't have the simple license issue.

While I don't have a 5 year old, I do have an 8 year old & I reckon that if somebody wrote "maybe this link will help you" - he'd be smart enough to realise that somebody had given him a link to try & help him.

If the link didn't help, then all you have to do is say that nothing there helped. And maybe give some more details about what happens when you try to download. But don't go off & accuse someone of not helping, just because they give you a serve for your stupid comments
