the directory or file cannot be created
 

I can download the music to library but when I drag it to my mp3 player, it says "the directory or file cannot be created."Can you help me please?:confused:

What type of mp3 player are you talking about? Is it a program on your computer or a portable player? Which operating system are you using (eg: windows 98)?

Portable players generally have a go-between program called a media manager which helps to transfer music from your computer to the player.

If you are trying to drag the songs from LW's library window, then it might not work. I'm not sure but I do know that works with iTunes, but I'm not sure about other players.

For easy & quick access to your music files: Go to your LW Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link) Then drag & drop or cut & paste to where ever you desire. BTW the default save location for LW's downld folder is here for windows: C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared
