i can't download! hi! that my problem: my little brother used the programm while i wasn't there. he says that there appered a window, and he clicked on "use this answer every time". but he cant remember enything else. and now i cant download, when i click on "download" nothing works, so i cleaned this programm completly from platform c. and reinstalled it. but it doesnt work to, the same problemm... so please help me, i dont know what i have to do thx ps: my english isnt good, so please ignore my mistakes. |

Me too. I have the same problem, my firewall is allowing access, everything seems fine, i can search, but either double clicking, hitting "download" or right clicking and selecting download don't do anything. Nothing happens. Any thoughts ? |

What happens when you try to download? Do files move into the download pane? If they don't, try the advice here. License (click) Or, do files sit connecting for ages & then get stuck needing sources forever? If that's the case, you're probably seeing fake files. If you're searching for music files, use the All Types search & search for artist or album rather than song title. Go for a file with 10 sources or less...stay away from the files with huge numbers of sources. If you're searching for video files, always chech the file with Bitzi before download. If a file has heaps of sources but no Bitzi rating, chances are it's a fake. Check out the threads below for more info & tips, including how to use Bitzi.
