Help On Finding My Own Files

Hey all! New poster here.

Got a quick question:

In my shared folder, I have 1 wmv file in it. I searched for that video file on the limewire search, but it could not be found. It may seem strange that I am searching for something in my shared folder (or it may not, I'm a new user) but I am wondering why the search doesn't locate it.

In my libary, it says that I have "Hits" for it. How is this happening if it isn't found when I searched for it?

This probably won't help but:

I have windows Xp and Limewire Version 4.9.33 and I'm on DSL

Welcome to the forums Someone,

You will not find your share if you do a general search on limewire ... after all you would not want to download your own file!

If the file is getting hits, then you are assured that others can see it.
