i have cable internet but my downlaod speed is very slow and i have used my friends and his is very fast we both have coxx high speed internet exept he is able to download mutilple things and there all over 30kbs. If i down load more than one say three they all go about 9kbs

Cox have been known to apply filters to specific users of p2p sharing programs. That's right, not all users.
