Upload complete at 13%?
 

Ok, yes, I know I have asked a lot of questions...

Recently I noticed an upload come through, it transferred regularly, but when it got to 13% it stopped and said complete.

The last time I checked I thought 100% was complete.

Could this be because they were downloading from other sources, and only needed 13% from me, or was this some kind of error?

It could well be that they only needed that much from you. Or, if you wait, you may find they do another upload at 87%

Possibly their connection failed or they realized they didn't want it. Usually, I think, you will see transfer interrupted but I suspect sometimes complete depending on the host at the other end.
