for some reason my itunes was saved in my shared music folder of limewire, and when i was deleting all of my old music, i accidentally deleted itunes!! now none of the itunes shortcuts work and the program is GONE. where do songs go when they are deleted? are they gone forever, or is there a way to retrieve them after you have deleted them? this is really important because if i have to reinstall itunes, all of my songs will be lost, and they took months to add. please please help me! is there any way that i can get this file back??

If you delete any files from inside LW they are gone! They don't go to the recycle bin. The only way to get them back is to use a file recovery utility or if your on windoze xp you could try the "system restore". Also if you want to get your files back you have to quit d/ling stuff until you run the utility. Check out this thread: Deleted Files
