Queued?? Every time I download, the status just says Queued and is not downloading at all. How do I fix this problem, and what does Queued mean?? |
Queued = the program is too busy to handle those particular downlds. All incomplete downlds will be queued the moment you open the program & one by one it will attempt to connect to each one. So after opening, leave the program to deal with them for 10, 20 or more mins depending on how many incomplete files you have. You are using Bearshare aren't you? That's the forum you posted into. I ask because some silly Limewire users post into the incorrect sections of the forum. |

If you are using Bearshare I don't know the answer. If you are using Limewire, and have followed LOTRs advise it might be worth checking in your options or preferences.>downlaods. Make sure that the maximum number of downoads is set at 1 or more, though no more than about 10 and also that the cursor on the Download Bandwith is at about 85% If you change either of these click apply and then OK. i'll speak plain english for you. Queued mean that the download is on hold and trying to find the file that you trying to download. it is searching many hosts for you to download that file. But since that file is queued most of the time, then there could be two or one hosts have that file but not available (log on) in Gnutella. |
