Limewire Pro won't let me re-install it
 

:confused: I purchased Limewire Pro on Sept. 1, 2005. I had to have my computer repaired last week and all of my programs were lost. I went to the link that Lime Pro sent me and now it doesn't recognize my e-mail address. I have the correspondence that they sent me using that same address. Now I have to repurchase the program to be able to download it again. I know that $20.00 isn't much but I don't have money to throw around like that and I shouldn't have to. I even have the name of the fellow who helped me with the program when I bought it. Do any of you know what I can do to solve the problem??? :(

Are you sure you paid your money to the official site? There's lots of scam sites around. The official site offers LW Pro for US $18.88 & LW Basic for FREE http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml

If you paid a cent more or less than the above amount then you obviously didn't get it from the official site & probably only paid for LW Basic. Did you get it from any of these sites Known Scam Sites The LW support page has a login link. If your legit then there shouldn't be any problems. http://sales.limewire.com/support/?

Here is the link that I was given by Customer Service:
***** - I downloaded the program right from the LimeWire web site but I didn't get Pro so I called and contacted Customer Service who fixed everything up for me. So it is legit for sure. I need to be able to get intouch with LimeWire again so that I can get this fixed but it won't let me in and I was wondering what I could do so that I don't have to pay $18.88 again.:confused:
