Cannot preview after downloaded

Ok, i am using limewire 4.9.11 and I CANNOT preview any of the following once it finished downloading:: DOCUMENTS, IMAGES, VIDEO and PROGRAMS. I even go to the Shared Files Folder and NOTHING HAPPENS when i double click it or try to open it. What i can preview is MUSIC. I preview it when it's either downloading or once it already finished downloading. I have no problem with MUSIC. So will someone help me, PLEASE

BTW you can't open programs via LW. The launch function is only intended for music & videos.

Was there a change to Limewire or what?

Well did you all changed Limewire beause before i USED to preview EVERYTHING, now i can ONLY preview SONGS! I am also using Limewire 4.9.11

Did it only start happening with LW 4.9.11? I believe one of the earlier 4.9.x versions had a bug with previewing. Perhaps you should get a different version. The newest official version is 4.9.33 http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml

Let me go ahead and download the newer version because you might be right. There might be a bug on this other one. But you think i should uninstall then download the new version or just DOWNLOAD the new version. Please let me know, thanks

The installer will uninstall the previous version at the beginning of the installation process. So uninstalling shouldn't be necessary. I generally recommend the "Offline" installer because it's safer. No chance of online installation problems.

Ah I found the bug in 4.9.0 & 4.9.20 but I'm not sure about 4.9.11 http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=42921
