 flickering videos nearly half of the video downloads I do flicker and jump. Sound is perfect, but picture is poor Is this possible a downloading problem rather than a problem with the original source? Is it possible that in downloading from multiple hostas, not all sections of the download align properly? What could I check in limewire settings to try and rectify the problem?  |
