Cant download even when connected...HELP!!!!

Im using a cable connection and i get 4 or full bars connection, but it will only download at 1 kbs. once i download at its potential of arounf 70kbs. its tempromental though.

i have lime wire 4.9.37. i really am fed up with this now as was working fine and now it just wont. It isnt behind a firewall, but it does drop my connection and disconnect quite frequently.i have no idea what is wrong!!!

If anyone can help it would be a huge help and much appreciated

I've searched the forums but all the problems reported were with v.30. Obviously this has not been fixed and like the previous poster it's seriously doing my head in.

Any senior members or Limewire techs can help? I am using T1 ADSL, WinXP Pro all SP's, etc etc
