 turbocharged to fair quality I recentally switched my internet service from dial-up to DSL and my quality has gone from turbocharged to fair. When I try to download it says waiting for a stable connection. What can I do to get turbocharged quality back?? any help would be appreciated  |

| What version of Limewire are you using and did you adjust your Limewire settings under tools/options to change your speed to cable/DSL? It might help if you re-adjust your settings to match your new connection. |

| Are you sure it's not related to this: License requirement (click on link) & setting Revert to Default option? Did you change your speed setting? It should now probably be set to DSL/Cable. What speed is your new dsl plan. For practical purposes remember that isp's quote speeds in bps (bits/sec), whereas LW refers to speeds in Bytes per second. So divide the speed by 8, then subtract about 20% overhead & that will be a close approximation to your real speed in Bytes/sec.
