first of all i want to greet all the people who are in this forum.im here in turkey. i use limewire 4.9.29 pro and
purchase through the web.before i write to this forum in 1 week i almost read all the topics from leeware to lord of the rings and ursula and from somebody else. i follow all the related topics how to disable firewall,port forwarding and check router config. in short my download cannot go up to 10KB/s.im not good in computer and i hope someone there can assist me.

What is your Speed bandwidth? it in Option>Speed. If it not at 100% then put the slider all the way to 100%

thanks for your attention, you mean tools/option/speed :
it shows cable/DSL but in downloads there is download bandwith and the adjuster set to 100%
