Wrong download issue.

Hello well I was downloading some funny videos and some music videos and when I went to play all of my things I keep running into some misplabled files like some would turn out as the wrong file or end up as a porn file..I just deleted the bad files and moved on..but today I stumbled upon a child pornorgraphy video...I deleted it but is there anything else I can do to erase it? Please help me out. Im a nervous wreck..
