Talking Disk Problem....I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO

hello...I have been trying to download videos and audio and every time I attempt too it just says DISK PROBLEM.....I don't know what to do...can someone help me...and breakit down for me because I am not that computer literate as others....THANKS!!!!

One reason for this is that you do not have enough space on your disc to accomodate the files you are downloading. Sorry, but exactly how you check this out on Windows is not my field, but hopefully you know how to check available disc space.

You have two choices:

a) Delete old files and programmes from your hard drive then do a defrag, which will get you some extra HD space.

b) Get yourself a second HD.

However, any incomplete files you had when your "DISK PROBLEM" occured will start again from 0% when you resume your downloads.

Also, you can check how much disk space you have by going into Windows Explorer.

The screen print below shows the properties of my (work) "C" drive.
